Domestic Shipping (United States)
International Shipping
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination:
- Canada & Mexico: 7-14 business days, starting from $8.99
- Europe: 10-21 business days, starting from $12.99
- Asia-Pacific: 14-28 business days, starting from $15.99
- Rest of World: 14-35 business days, starting from $18.99

Production & Processing
All custom products are made-to-order to ensure freshness and quality. Here's what to expect:
Production Timeline
- Design Review: 2-4 hours (we check all uploads for quality)
- Printing: 1-2 business days
- Quality Check: Same day as printing
- Packaging & Dispatch: Same day or next business day
Rush Orders
Need your order faster? We offer rush production for an additional $10 fee, which reduces production time to 24 hours. Rush orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day processing.
Shipping Policies
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website or directly with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, packages are returned to our facility. Reshipment fees may apply.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will send a replacement at no charge if the package is deemed lost or damaged in transit.
For damaged items, please provide photos of the package and damaged product to expedite the replacement process.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll post any delays on our website and notify customers via email.
We recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks before your needed date to ensure timely delivery.
